Shipping:
Please provide your delivery address BUT NO POBOX PLEASE. AND CONTACT PHONE NUMBER
If you are buying our heated towel rail, please specify which side should the power connection be unless it's already specified in the auction.
If you are buying our tapwares, please advise whether your house is on mains(high) or low pressure.
If you are buying any product which comes option of size, colour or others, please contact us by email or make the note on delivery page.

Please deposit payment including courier fee into the following bank account if you wish to pay it by internet banking:
ASB Bank, 12-3056-0829276-000, Jing Hong PTY Ltd.

Please include the REFERENCE NUMBER (Invoice) above in your deposit details. It may take a couple of days for us to see your payment in our bank account due to bank clearance time. 

After receiving payment, it will take us 1-2 business days to process your purchase. 

For small products, the delivery takes between 1 to 3 working days.
For large products, please contact us at sales.jinghong@hotmail.com to check.

The cost of shipping is calculated on the individual item.
If you would like to purchase for a large order, please call us or email us at sales.jinghong@hotmail.com.

We open from Monday to Saturday, so will not be able to reply emails during Sundays. 

Change the delivery address:

Incorrect/Faulty/Missing item:
Please send an email to our team on sales.jinghong@hotmail.com, or call us if you have received an incorrect item or you have not received the item after the scheduled date. We will sort it out for you ASAP.

Cancel the order:
Please send an email to our team on sales.jinghong@hotmail.com, or call us as quick as you can, we will try to stop the order being processed. We will help you with the return process if it is too late (Please see the return policy below).

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase to our stores within 7 days, we will refund in full for any goods that are in their original packaging and have not been installed, and are in a sellable condition. This is exclusive of custom-made, clearance and special order products.  Shipping costs are non-refundable except if your product is faulty. 

Any returns after the 7 days period will incur a 20% restocking fee, please return the goods that are in their original packaging and have not been installed, and are in a sellable condition. This is exclusive of custom-made, clearance and special order products. Proof of purchase needs to be presented before any return and/or refund can be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable except if your product is faulty.

No return or refunds after 30 days of purchase.
No return or refunds if products have been used or damaged or in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. 
No return or refunds: Custom-made products, special order products, and clearance products.
Unless your product is faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
